This is by far the worst insurance company I’ve dealt with in Dubai. I urge others to be cautious before choosing them. After making the payment, I wasted my time and energy trying to get any proper support. The staff are incompetent and unprofessional in handling client needs. Once they receive your payment, they stop responding to calls or addressing any queries. It’s clear they care only about collecting money—not about customer service.

Worst insurance company I have ever come across. Beware of this company as I wasted my time and energy after making the payment. Both Karthik and Varun are incompetent and unprofessional in dealing with clients needs, I paid good amount for family insurance on 25/4/25 and after that, i keep on chasing them for an update and their rep Karthik keep on making stories, sometimes telling me DHA issues to upload the policy, sometimes other internal issues and after chasing them almost everyday, he provided Ecard and policy details on 06/05/25. Policy start date is showing 25/04/25 but policy activation date is on 06/05/25. Biggest scammers they are, don't even deserve 1 star.

Worst insurance company I have ever come across. First they not treat you like human Zero customer Services after they receive payment they never respond staff name khausal & Rashmi both are incompetent and unprofessional in dealing before chase every moment and after payment No response if you follow-up one word in process never got my policy for what i paid and neither got refund and they got payment twice. Surprised how they are working in UAE market and why No action against them. i will report same in MOE also to take necessary actions this is worst way to torture someone person is sick and they are making fun.
