Insurance Deals DMCC

They are cheating customers. They are offering special discount on insurance. After grabbing the customer they will not refund the discount amount. I have renewed vehicle insurance in June 2019 with a special discount offer with insurance deal. They said the discount amount will be refunded after the policy renewal. I have not get the refund even after 6 months from the renewal. I have been contacted them almost 15 times. They r always saying it is under processing, delayed because of month end closing, delayed because of office shifting etc... Today also I called them, they said they will update me tomorrow morning. But I know they are not going call me or update me.. Don’t fall with fake offers...

They offered me a discount. But initially will have to pay the full premium and later they will refund the discount amount to our account.. Which they never gave.. And the WhatsApp number which was very much active at the time of taking policy never responds after that.. It is not about the small amount offered as discount but the TRUST..

These guys will not respond for your issues/ calls once your payment is done..irresponsible..just working for their sales commission, I got very bad experience. They will not gonna help you when you need a insurance assistance.. and you can’t connect with them through their provided contact number/ and will not respond on their WhatsApp as well.
