I have been a regular client for the past few years now for my Motor Insurance with Oasis Insurance and I must confess that the service I get from them is truly commendable and at the best offer possible on my premium. Very fervently Ms. Kavitha has been calling me exactly few weeks before my Insurance is about to expire and without fail and I have never made two minds about my renewals ever since she started to be my agent. I called today 20th March at around 12:30PM. I was answered by an extremely unprofessional phone operator. A lady with an Indian accent. No greetings, tone of voice was rude and lifeless, she transferred my call to another agent without informing me first. However, another insurance agent was good and informative. Kindly do the needful and corrective action to your Phone Operator, (her name was Kumal when I called again and ask a name).
