I wouldn't call this business entirely professional, primarily because they can't and don't conduct themselves professionally in job interviews. If they can't treat their potential employees well. They thus can't treat nor have the capacity to truly take care of their clients. I had an interview with them some time ago, it went well and they asked me to come up with an entire strategy, which required 5 different documentations, plans and proposals. After I submitted this, I get no response and no feedback. They ghost me entirely. Later I see them use the exact same strategies in their expansion. Essentially they post job applications, take in ideas and strategies and then ignore the candidates who actually put in the effort.
