As an IHG member and a frequent guest at InterContinental hotels, I must say this stay exceeded all expectations. Every detail reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. From the thoughtful touch of the room service attendant, Anne—who surprised me with a beautiful bookmark and a heartfelt note in my book—to the warm hospitality at the restaurant, where Pone made each breakfast feel like a cherished meal with family. The entire team at the reception, along with the doormen, were welcoming and exceptional. Their attentiveness made me feel truly valued throughout my stay. The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished—comfortable, elegant, and perfect in every way. I genuinely enjoyed every moment and felt at home from start to finish. Without a doubt, InterContinental Dubai Business Bay has become my go-to hotel whenever I visit the city. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Our stay in Intercontinental is the best! The staff are very caring and accommodating. They truly made our stay relaxing and fun. The rooms are clean and elegant. The view is world class. Their kids club is very interesting and entertaining. Our kids had so much fun, all thanks to Jinky.

The Intercontinental Residences in Business Bay is very beautiful and the staff are very friendly, we enjoyed our breakfast much more because of a very nice and lively, Pone. She served with care and enthusiasm. The pool is very very nice. We enjoyed the night swimming with it beautiful view. The room is also so clean and big. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay there The kids club is cute and good. Jinky is very friendly and good with kids.

We have stayed in many 5 star hotels throughout the world for business where breakfast is often let down by lack of personal service. HOWEVER, the service at this hotels breakfast is exquisite which is driven by the personal service delivered by Rafi over the course of our business trip these last 14 days. Rafi has an excellent personality where he actively starts and holds conversations with guests which is a very rare quality (especially in Middle Eastern hotels due to the “culture”) - he actively seeks to shake the hands of guests whilst remembering their names! Like many guests at breakfast, one had the impression that Rafi was the restaurant manager as he oozes such confidence where it was surprising to note he is recent new joiner at the hotel as “waiting staff”. It won’t be long before Rafi is the restaurant manager as long as he keeps on doing what he is doing especially with that smile!
