A great place to live, everything you need is nearby, cafes, shops, even the largest shopping center is within walking distance of about 15 minutes from the house. Polite staff, always in touch. On the ground floor there is a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna with a hammam, which is also very important for a comfortable stay. The price for accommodation is also pleasing, despite the location almost in the center, the price is not high. The price and quality ratio is 10/10. Very good place to stay, I am pleased with the cleanliness and order. Friendly guests and staff, administrator Veronika, will always help and tell you what you need. You can walk to Dumai Mall and the Burj Khalifa tower. I will definitely come back here to relax!

The location is perfect and the administrator is supet kind. There‘s a reception at the ground floor. You may need to call the person through air bnb and wait at the reception. If you visit to Dubai, I could say that it will be very good and economic choice.
