Not professional at all. Call anytime and your call would be answered like (Alooo), no indication that I'm calling a professional organization to hear (hello, this is XYX, how may I help you). I wanted to ask about the latest Gov. Act of Animal Abuse, but the gentleman on the phone asked me to contact Dubai Muncipality. Did not even bother to show a concern. Anyways, I should not have expected much.

They never respond to mails or even calls. Its only another show centre here. If there is option for sharing pic here I will upload a pigeon baby struggling to live with tears in its eyes. Can't see this anymore. Yahh Allah pls give him a healthy recovery sooner or an easy death ASP.. ameen
