That kind of service is rare these days. Oswald even had a personalised cue made for me, complete with a shamrock detail that added a really thoughtful, personal touch. The installation team were just as impressive—punctual, professional, and happy to answer all my questions. They took their time to explain everything about the table’s setup and maintenance.
