I had a very disappointing experience at the CALZEDONIA store in Dubai Mall on 25 July 2025. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was far from welcoming. The store itself was surprisingly untidy for such a prime location — floors were dusty, fitting rooms poorly maintained, and overall cleanliness left much to be desired. What made the visit truly unpleasant, however, was the behavior of the store manager, Jessy. She was shockingly rude and dismissive not only to me but to other customers as well. Her tone was unprofessional, and she seemed more interested in arguing than assisting. When asked simple questions about sizing and availability, her responses were curt and laced with attitude. Customer service should be a priority, especially in a premium shopping destination like Dubai Mall. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. I hope CALZEDONIA takes steps to address both the hygiene standards and staff conduct at this location.
The worst customer service experience. Had to do everything by myself. Staff don’t pay attention to customers AT ALL. not even simple greetings (even upon payment) cashier just was silent all the time. It felt almost like self service. Staff were too busy just talking to each other. I love the brand but management MUST pay attention to their stuff
