Enquired about a property with a broker from this company 2 weeks ago. I haven’t received a call from them so I called him 10 times no answer, the company office phone atleast 10 times no answer and another phone number linked on the website maybe 5 times and guess what…? No answer. How does a real estate agency expect to sell anything if they won’t care to reach out to customers who enquire with them. The customer shouldn’t have to chase the agents. Not impressed especially as you call yourselves “Investment experts.” Just when you think the Dubai property scene couldn’t stoop any lower!
