I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding my recent flight bookings. Meals were not included for either of our tickets — not even for the person flying from the USA — and there was no prior notification or reminder from the agent about this important detail. This lack of communication is simply unacceptable. I also had to personally remind the agent about travel insurance for Georgia, which should have been part of the guidance provided from the beginning. Customer support was minimal, and we felt completely unguided throughout the process. This is not the level of service we expected. To make matters worse, I had to pay an unexpected 75 Mannat at the airport on my return from Azerbaijan to Abu Dhabi — a surprise charge that should have been included in the ticket or at least communicated in advance. Overall, both my partner and I are highly dissatisfied with the experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service and will not be leaving a positive review elsewhere either.

The Musandam trip was so organized. Our bus driver Stephen was so considerate & accomodating. Thanks to IRA tours! Our team had a blast.
