Worst customer service. Just phone get ringing with no response. I doubt they have any cistomer service also.

Open exactly on time, answer the phone from the first ring, they are so cooperative and friendly especially Ms. Fatin she is great. When I read the reviews before coming here I was expecting a bad experience but the opposite happens, the only point that someone can point to badly is that they don’t accept cards only cash.

Iraqi airways is a mess. Their website doesn’t work, they don’t answer phone calls so the only way to book a ticket is going there in person. The staff in this branch were kind and helpful though. The main responsibility falls on the airline management since their pilots are having protests and such.
