Unexplained fees very poor customer service at murqabat branch. Employees are very rude. No one even picks up the phone at the customer service call centre. This is not the way it was supposed to be a way to get your own money back after keeping in with you for many years and you profited form it . At least have some customer service attitude.

as per explanation of customer service about labor bank guaranty refund. I have funded that after 6years we have to pay the bank 170+ cancellation charge with the labor bank guaranty has been gone in charges. WHAT A GOOD RULE ??????????!!!!!!!!!!!...............

Worst financial services I have ever experienced! It’s so hard to get the deposit refund and they don’t even look at the court documents and make their own judgment! How they can ignore the agreement made between partners in the public notary? If I could put 0 star I would like to instead of 1 star!
