Warning: Do Not Trust ISS Relocation – A Nightmare Experience I entrusted ISS Relocation with my move from Dubai to Switzerland, expecting professionalism and reliability based on their reviews. I even met with one of their sales agents, Nithin, who appeared competent. However, what followed was nothing short of a disaster. Their team packed my belongings in the first week of October, with the contract specifying a delivery timeframe of 6 to 8 weeks. By January, after repeated follow-ups and complete silence from their project manager, I was informed that they had no estimated delivery date. This was an outrageous situation, especially as I was due to give birth that month, and all my essential baby items were in the shipment. Had I known this, I would have never trusted them with such critical belongings. In January, I was finally contacted by their logistics partner, Global Moving in Rotterdam, who informed me they were now handling my shipment. They demanded extensive paperworkfor customs clearance, which was an extreme burden while caring for a newborn. Despite this, my shipment was only offloaded in February—four months late. Then came the ultimate shock: Global Moving emailed me saying that ISS was going bankrupt and had not paid them. As a result, they refused to release my shipment unless I paid an additional 1,800 euros—despite the fact that I had already paid ISS in full (10,000 AED) back in October. This is extortion. My shipment is effectively being held hostage due to ISS’s financial mismanagement. ISS has also violated our contract by delaying my shipment and failing to pay their partners. I am now taking legal action against them for full reimbursement and compensation. It is unacceptable that companies like ISS continue to operate despite their lack of ethics, accountability, and empathy.
