I’ve had an unpleasant experience today buying a phone from this store unfortunately! The worker’s name was Leonard. I was thinking between Iphone 16 pro or 16 pro max. He was very helpful, gave me time to think. Explained the differences. He offered me a case and screen protector and also I asked if I can ask for help with data transfer. The worker mentioned it is with added service charge, which is completely fine. At the checkout I said I will try to transfer my data and if I am unsuccessful I will come back to use the service. Then things changed and he didn’t even tried to hide his dissatisfaction. I was asking questions regarding the phone and he was being passive aggressive with his answers and left at the end. I said thank you and left. I understand that everyone can have a bad day but it is not an excuse to be unprofessional.
