The building itself is nice with a great marina view, but the management is a major issue. They keep making arbitrary rules, like banning gym use from 11 PM to 6 AM and prohibiting personal trainers (who don’t even use the equipment). There was also a water outage that punished all residents for unpaid bills by a few. Poor decision-making and lack of consideration for residents. Needs improvement!

I would like to appreciate Salman shahid.During a recent technical issue, I found out,Salman to be very polite and co-operative.He uses his knowledge,understands what is required,and gets the things done.He goes out of his way to help management of building,and I personally experienced this.These 5 stars are for him.

Their efficient handling of managing accounts for services and chiller charges truly stood out. The NOC process was incredibly smooth, thanks to their helpful and dedicated team.
