Itsu Modern Japanese Restaurant

This is the first time dining in this place and we would most likely return. I ordered the tempura udon whereby the mix seafood tempura is prepared on the side rather than mixed immediately with the food which I found to be pretty thoughtful. The udon noodles were tasty and exactly the consistency that I love. My husband had miso ramen that had beef which was a little tough rather than tender, but overall was pretty good. We also ordered tuna sushi which we failed to take a photo of since there were only two pieces for an order (so do be warned about this). We specifically looked for this place because of a dineout promo for talabat premium users - which apparently is no longer active. But the Filipina server was immensely helpful and recommended that we make use of zomato instead, which had roughly the same discount, which was great.

We came so late however he “ Adnan” was keen to welcome us and help us catch the last meal before closure. They were super nice and friendly. Definitely i will add this place to my go to list of Sushi places in Dubai

Some times I order the salmon teriyaki, (which I like it very much), through Careem. The sauce from the salmon is always coming all over the bag, but this time I got no sauce on my plate which is the best part of the salmon. Is very sad, but I’m not ordering again. I traed to leave the comment on Careem, but the app didn’t allow me at least I leave 5 starts which is not fair at all.

Been visiting itsu on and off since 2020. It’s a mutual favourite between my husband and I. The level of service is incredible and the sushi is enjoyable.

I’ve visited this sushi bar at least twice a month for years. The quality is always excellent and the staff are always friendly. If you like sushi, this is an excellent choice!
