I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. The service was unprofessional, and the outcome was far from what I expected. Unfortunately, the dye burned my scalp as they left me hanging for too long during the process, and now I’m left with a terrible result that has damaged my skin and my confidence. The staff was not attentive or responsive to my concerns, and I felt rushed throughout the appointment. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service or a satisfactory result. Very disappointed.
This was my second time coming to the salon, and I’m just as happy as the first. Amelia did a fantastic job with my hair color and was incredibly kind and patient, even when I asked to change the shade after we had already finished the first round. Danny also did a great job with the haircut and styling. I really appreciated that he listened and gave me exactly the trim I asked for, without cutting off more than I wanted like most places do
Super happy with the efforts made to have a happy client. Obai & Emilia were absolutely fantastic. My hair was not easy to work with as it was extremely damaged, but they absolutely nailed it! Will be back 🤩
So pleased I choose to try their service. Felt pampered and looked after since I stepped in. Michael is brilliant stylist and colour technician. My advice is to let him do what’s right for you and trust his expertise Well done 🎉
