I was a customer for your shop , I had a very bad experience in dubai mall branch dated 25/3/2025 Yesterday I did a transaction with 1152.70 dhs Today I went for a refund of one of the items because in availability of the size. I was shocked with the staff attitude (visit was at 10 Pm). Very very bad attitude with all the customers served before me, they are debating and badly respond to any questions. Once it came to my turn , they served other customer even I came first. And they was non professional with me and just want to let me go without doing the refund trying to fake that I used other card which was not the case as the transaction went successfully at the end ( their management need to investigate) How you are keeping such staff in dubai mall or any other branch!!!?????? I recommend to let them all go as all attended customers were so upset of the service Unfortunately even i like the brand, won’t touch this store again after this bad service I will share my feedback everywhere!

Good place to shop for your children's outfits. Nice ambiance, good staffs and quick service. And price reasonable with very high quality.

The service has been terrible! I've been a Jacadi customer for 2 years, but after placing an order online and initiating a return through their portal, I had to reach out to them three times to arrange a pickup. Then, I had to follow up multiple times about the refund amount. The return was picked up 11 days ago and they still haven't processed my refund.
