Went there to buy an Epic X. I liked the store, personal was very attentive, we had an interesting talk on watches, Zafar was friendly, natural, and knew what he was talking about. It's interesting that Jacob Arabo himself is visiting regularly, compared to the rest of luxury watches experience in Dubai, this one was the best. Keep it up guys

Very bad service, in fact the worst I have ever come across. I gave my SF24 watch for service with the commitment for 15-20 days. Since December 2023 there is no sight of the watch and they have been giving me one quote after the other that this and this and this needs to be changed. The watch was 100% working and just needed come cleaning and polishing, that’s it. I’m unnecessarily burdened with costs and even after okaying to them, still there is no trace of the watch after 4 months. Fake commitments and zero customer service. Even messaged the head office but they are also replying back with the same fake stories. Now every other day: Ther is delay from customs, there is delay from Geneva. All nonsense. So pissed off with wasting so much money with them. Would have given a zero star but have 1 as the least. Never advise anyone to purchase from them.

Incredibly confrontational sales associate with questionable command over his English… drastic contrast with the experience I had at the New York boutique. Jacob & Co no doubt makes very special timepieces but this SA indeed left quite a sour taste in my mouth.
