Worst service ever I was shouted at, kicked out in a very disrespectful way, disrespected by all means and the most unprofessional treatment and system I she ever seen in my life! All this because I was complaining that I will start the how dry after arriving to the salon by more than 2 hours just waiting, when I already pre booked my appointment.

I had an amazing experience at Jacques La Coupe Marina! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The salon has a luxurious ambiance, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy self-care. A special shoutout to Carlos—his attention to detail truly elevated my experience. He took the time to understand my hair needs and delivered flawless results. My hair felt incredibly soft, healthy, and beautifully styled after the shampoo and conditioning treatment. The shine and bounce were exactly what I was hoping for! The salon is well-maintained, clean, and offers top-quality products that enhance the overall experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for premium hair care and professional service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Jack and his incredibly professional team for performing what truly feels like magic on my hair. I came in with severely damaged, orange-toned hair and honestly didn’t believe it could be fixed. But I left with a stunning shade of blonde that exceeded all my expectations. A special thank you to Jack and the team for staying after hours just to ensure I walked out smiling and feeling beautiful again. I’m truly grateful!

Ambience: Beautifully designed salon. Very spacious and extremely clean. Loved how everything was organized and arranged. The hotel in which the salon is located in has a very easy access and is very peaceful and quiet as well. Loved the ambience and the design. ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ Service: I went to the salon for a haircut after two bad experiences with very famous salons in Dubai and I was very hesitant as how I would be feeling with service at this salon. I arrived earlier than my appointment ( which I always do) and was greeted by a very warm and polite lady at the entrance. The team was extremely polite, professional and welcoming. When the hair stylist ( Mr. Ali) came we discussed some options regarding my hair and I told him my concerns which he listened to fully and we agreed on a style. Mr. Ali was extremely experienced. I have been to many salons for decades and personally can tell the difference between an expert hair stylist and the one with little experience and after seeing him cutting the first portion of the hair I knw I’m in good hands. Anyway, everything was perfect and I loved the cut. ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ Overall: Everything about the salon is just perfect, from the ambience and design, to the cleanness and how tidy and organized everything is to the professionalism of the staff to the expertise and great skills of Mr. Ali. The services could be categorized as over priced by some compare to the majority of salons in Dubai but in my opinion it totally worth it because in my opinion such a level of perfection is hard to find.
