This place is stunning! I love how they make the famous Jaipur Step Wells into part of overall interior design. The whole set up and small samples on rugs placements helps visualise better. The rows of beautiful rugs… the beautiful collection and high quality products. Definitely the right place to go for all kind of rugs you need. Today I picked up some cotton and jutes / hemp rugs. Beautiful design and colors. They offer delivery to your home as well.

It was an amazing experience learning about this beautiful carpet place full of unique rugs each with their own story. Nuha, an amazing guide at the place, helped us understand the rich history of these rugs, from their initiatives to help women and those in prison, and the one of a kind pieces all inspired from Indian culture. I highly recommend to visit this place as it is beautiful, inspirational, and something you should definitely not miss in Dubai!

Its an ideal space for authentic indian embrodered carpets and rugs. Wide selection.Look for salman if you're there. Extremely polite and helpful team. Great experience.

A beautiful store with lovely options. My only issue with the store is the location. While I understand Al Serkal is great for its positioning, as a luxury brand not having parking options doesn’t feel like a good start to visiting the store. I requested to park outside the store as they have one reserved parking spot for its customers and I was questioned by Al Serkal security if I really knew the brand Jaipur Rugs or I just wanted to park there. I will continue to shop from Jaipur Rugs, but visiting their Dubai store will no longer be my preference. Not the luxury experience they’re trying to provide.
