Amazing service! The best part is the post-handover support. Good quality work, delivered within the agreed deadlines. There were some issues along the way (which are to be expected), and although they could have been handled more promptly by the office, the on-site team, led by Harjinder and including Mr. Khan—produced an excellent final result.

This is the second time we have hired JAM technical to do renovations in our property. The original property developer had left us with bathrooms that were not waterproofed at all including the showers!!! JAM technical services have been great from start to finish, sharing progress daily and explaining what they did that day and why. They appear honest and upfront with costs and plans. The team led Harjinder and Mr khan produced an excellent end result which has transformed our property. We are very happy with the end result and will be using jamts again when we need to renovate further bathrooms and the kitchen the team is always on time, responsible, and tidy. They respected our property and time, their rates were honest and reasonable too.

JAM came in to salvage a previous contractor situation that had left me stranded. The foreman Mr Khan was knowledgeable and offered professional advice. He drove the project hard to ensure it was completed within the time frame he had indicated and he knew how the Emaar approval system operated, helping me to secure permits. The workmen were timely, courteous and cleaned up after themselves each day. The bathrooms were completed to a good standard, one day earlier than promised, and JAM remained on hand on completion of the job to deal with any snagging. They are a trustworthy firm who take pride in their work.
