I had such an amazing experience at Jawhara Jewellery Dubai Marina mall! Everything was absolutely wonderful! the pieces were beautiful, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was top-notch. A special thank you to Anas Akhras, the sales assistant who helped me the entire time. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. He showed me every piece with so much patience, helped me take photos, even suggested how to capture the jewelry better in pictures. And then packed it nicely! Honestly, he made the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable. I’m super happy with my purchase and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality and No Support I’m very disappointed with this jeweller. The reviews online seem suspiciously positive – possibly bought, because our experience was the opposite. I purchased a gold chain, and after wearing it only once, it already had three visible cracks. We went back to the store twice hoping for some goodwill or customer service, but no one was willing to help us. The staff showed zero interest in resolving the issue, and we were basically ignored. It’s clear now that the quality is not what they claim – definitely not worth the money. I strongly advise others to stay away. You’ll be overcharged for poor craftsmanship and terrible customer service.
