I wanna thank Meraj for his support with the permit. He guided me through the whole process. And he was really polite and calm. I had other issues as well which he has escalated to his colleague Ashik who was also really supportive.

An absolute nightmare !!!! Please it’s becoming urgent to take actions and fix issues with lifts with garbage with access problems and with building management incompetence! The worst thing this week is having security sitting outside in the heat it’s inhuman watching them everyday like this ! In 2025 I don’t think DP owner would be happy to see how security employees are treated and how incompetent and arrogant his employee is ! Mrs Clea Souza is useless and all she does is running around checking if security does their job when she should be dealing and replying to residents regarding safety matters (lifts) hygiene in the common areas access cards . She also keeps redirecting the fault to security or others. We will meet with other owners and will raise a complaint against her after gathering all proofs of her incompetence, useless procedures . We are either owners or tenants we desserve a minimum of respect towards us our family our visitors and security team. This is the worst ever building management employee I’ve had seen in 10 years .

0 stars to be honest, the property management sits underground in murjan, and it sums their management style, digging their heads like ostrich, clueless towards what is really happening. Lifts are broken every single week and instead of changing them, they simply apply sticker tape and get them fixed. We got to know the elevator guys by name coz we see them so much and when asked they all say lifts need change. Add to that cleanliness which is bad, shared hostels who are rude, non hygienic and drink alcohol in common areas and of course packs of cigarettes in the floor not in the ashtrays. Swimming pools are hot, sunbeds scarce and few, and placed on one side only of the pool (for some starbge reason someone in murjan underground decided so), there was greenery everywhere but someone in murjan underground decided to remove them and now we have green fake grass that smells and could get in fire anytime coz the people throw their cigarettes there. The list is endless and I understand its hard to please a lot of people but when every single person is complaining about the same 5 to 7 points I think it counts for unprofessionalism and incompetency from the management company sitting in the undergounds of murjan.

1 star is a gift for them, you are lucky there is no 0!! Useless customer service, if you have a problem, instead of solving it, they make it bigger!! Don't have any expectation, they don't care about you or your issues despite you pay millions to live in their buildings, they just care about the money they make.

To be honest I read the bad reviews and thought the worst. I've had to use them for 4 different requests in the last ten days and they have been excellent. Everything was pushed through quick and no issues. Made moving in a lot simpler than expected
