The company has stolen my money. I placed an order that was never delivered. I contacted them, and they responded after two days. They informed me that the product was not available and that the refund would be processed in two weeks. However, it has been over 30 days, and they have not processed the refund. I have contacted them several times, but they have not responded. I strongly advise against ordering from this company, as you will likely pay money without receiving anything. If google reviews had a zero-star rating, I would definitely rate them. ‼️‼️DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ‼️‼️

⚠️ Buyer Warning Unfortunately, my experience with this store was extremely disappointing. I placed an order on the 27th, and I’ve been following up for over a week with no proper response. I reached out multiple times via WhatsApp, but they kept ignoring my messages and provided no useful updates. I am now considering taking legal action due to their negligence. Please stay away and do not place any orders with them. They will not respond or deliver as promised.

Order & delivery within 24h. Communication via Whatsapp is very strait forward. Prior to the order, I checked the availability of the ECM machine & Mahlkoenig Grinder via Whatsapp. After inquiring, I received a very competitive package price. I can recommend Jebelz.

Customer service is very bad by the employees. I was told that the shipment will arrive within ten days. Now I have completed a month, and then I canceled my order and I was told that the refund takes 3 to 6 working days. More than 14 days have been completed. Now, and when I contact them, they do not answer the call or WhatsApp. I never recommend dealing with this company

It's painful to deal with this company... I bought an item and apparently it wasn't available! And good luck getting a response from their customer support.
