Its my first time to purchase at my aster online.… delivery was bit delayed and the item that i got is almost expired this october 2025… so im a bit disappointed with the item that i got and the delivery guy didnt deliver it to my apartment instead he ask me to go down from my building to get my order.. this is not the kind of service that i expected and definitely not happy for this

I just received my order today, and I’m very disappointed with the condition of the package. Both the Tir Tir Cushion and Differin Gel were delivered badly crushed, and the entire parcel was extremely hot when handed over to me. As these are skincare products, they are highly sensitive to heat and can become ineffective or even harmful when exposed to extreme temperatures. This is especially concerning for products with active ingredients like adapalene (Differin) or SPF-containing makeup like cushions. Please kindly ensure that proper handling and temperature protection are applied during shipping next time. I hope you can review your handling process for sensitive items, as this greatly affects product quality and customer safety. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I purchased supplements from the Aster pharmacy and requested a very basic thing to deliver in a cool condition, to deliver following the temperature regime. You always deliver it extra hot!! All medications, all supplements, skincare! Everything is spoiled! Always! Why I pay a lot for the spoiled stuff?!? Never again!!
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received. My company is located in Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai. The delivery status showed that the item would be delivered on July 31st, but the item was not received on the promised date. When I contacted your customer care team, team was informed to me that the delivery could not be completed because did not have a gate pass. This information was not communicated to me in advance. As a result, I was forced to visit your warehouse personally to collect the item. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that shipments are delivered to the address mentioned. Moreover, there was no proper follow-up from your side regarding the delay or any required documentation. This experience was highly inconvenient, and I hope you take the necessary steps to improve your delivery process and communication in the future. Very Bad service .
