They have really bad service, one of my friends he booked from them , and they did not provide him the charter flight and he paid them full amount he requested them to get his refund tell know since 8months they did not pay him and they want to give him credit note . The joke they are saying you paid by Uk office and the invoice in Dubai office branch i. I have few guys had also had same issue with this company no trust anymore with them please be careful . You have all flight information and all payment receipt from the customer also replied and said you want pay the customer only 25% as cash from the total amount which is $99,000 This case will be forwarded to Dubai governments entity’s to see action should be taken against these kind of company’s

Everything was perfect from the check-in until the disembarkation. We were welcomed at the departure terminal everything was quick and easy, all staff and flight crew have been very professional and friendly.
