Absolutely the best meal prep company in Dubai. Meals options are plentiful and always packed with good quality and nutritious food. The price is honestly very reasonable for what you get. Also, hands down, the best team and customer service.

Best meal prep company I’ve tried. JLC offers macro controlled meals, it even comes with a bar code to scan and add directly to your MyFitness Pal. They offer lunch and dinner , with a total of around 1200-1300kcal, so you’re free to choose whatever breakfast and snacks you prefer and to fulfill your kcal daily goals. The variety of meals and ingredients is incredible and the quality couldn’t be better! 100% recommend

I have been following Jetlagged Chef since 2020, and finally signed up for it in 2023. 2 weeks in and I am enjoying the food - large portions, full of colors, and so nutritional. A new menu every week is a bonus as I don't get bored easily, and delivery is on time! Every meal has a touch of home which is a lot nicer than other meal delivery services. The team has been kind enough to offer me nutritional advice which comes in handy as I try to develop healthier eating habits. 100% recommended.
