My husband and I found the entire process to be very smooth, from the paperwork to the actual day of transportation. John and Angelica made everything worthwhile. Our dog was well cared for during the journey from Dubai to London and is now settling well in the countryside. Anyone who is looking to relocate their pets, I would highly recommend JetSet Pets. :)

We used Jetset Pets to get Loki to Australia and they guided us very professionally and took extra mile in caring for Loki all the way from house to airport and monitoring the whereabouts and condition. They even followed up with Quarantine Center in Melbourne and continuously monitoring until Loki finally is with me in Western Australia. I cannot express enough guys! Not only that, Ms. Katrina was very patient and efficient in her communication with me. She answered all of our queries and cleared our doubts as it is our first time relocating our 4 furbabies in Sweden. My experience with JetSet pets has been amazing. In the beginning I contacted multiple pet relocation companies to get an idea of which one would be the best fit to relocate 4 cats. JetSet pets has been the only one to reply to emails and questions very fast, give very clear organizational plans on the process for the cats and owners while trying to make the process as smooth as possible which it has been while giving a reasonable price considering their amazing service. Honestly very happy that the relocation went very smooth as I was expecting it to be a lot more hectic with 4 cats. JetSet pets team is amazing and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone who is planning a relocation with their pets!!!!
