I received my item from JMBR today, and I must say that the entire delivery process was impressively smooth and efficient. Shazaib demonstrated outstanding professionalism throughout the delivery. He was very polite, respectful, and carried himself in a courteous manner. His communication was clear, and he ensured that the item was delivered with care and in perfect condition. It is rare to encounter someone who treats customers with such genuine courtesy and professionalism. His effort and dedication to providing excellent service did not go unnoticed, and it reflects positively on the values upheld by your company. I sincerely thank Shazaib for his outstanding conduct and hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

Bad customer service, and also the call center they don’t have experience to deal with customer, and I recommend to Emirates Islamic Bank to change this courier.

I had the unfortunate experience of using JMBR Courier Services, and I am beyond frustrated with the entire process. From start to finish, this service was a huge letdown. Unreliable Delivery Times Poor Communication Horrible Customer Care Service—Extremely Disappointing Unresponsive & Slow Unhelpful Representatives Lack of Accountability No Follow-Up: Even after my complaint, there was no follow-up to check if the issue was resolved. It felt like they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction or even try to improve their services. In short, their customer care is a total joke. If you want any sort of support or resolution for a problem, do not expect it from JMBR Courier Services. Overall, my experience with JMBR Courier Services was a nightmare, and I would never recommend their services to anyone. If you value your time, money, and the safe delivery of your goods, stay far away from this company.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I had a shipment scheduled for delivery between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. I waited until 1:36 PM — no call, no message, no update. So I left, because it’s Saturday and I’m not about to waste my weekend waiting around. Then at 1:46 PM, the driver suddenly decides to call me and says, “I know you wanted it between 9 and 1, but I’m outside now.” That’s not an excuse. I arranged that time for a reason. I’m not sitting around all day for your driver to show up whenever he feels like it. To make things worse, I called the company and instead of taking responsibility, they defended the driver and acted like this wasn’t even a problem. Zero accountability, zero respect for customers’ time. If I had any say in the delivery company, I would never choose this one. But unfortunately, my bank is using this terrible service to send my card. Shame on them for partnering with such an unreliable company.
