I recently visited and had a very disappointing experience with a sales executive. While assisting me in finding a discounted item, his behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. He aggressively hit a carton on the table, indirectly showing anger, which is completely unacceptable. Having lived in Dubai for 10 years, this is the worst customer service I have encountered. Such behavior should not be tolerated in a city known for its excellent service standards
Friendly and helpful staffs and great customer service
So today i visited the Jockey store and had a very good experience with the sales executive Rohit. He guided me well on what is needed to have for visiting a cold country. He was quite humble and had a honest opinion. Hats off to his sales experience and customer service.
My experience was amazing especially with help of Rohit... I would say he is an amazing salesman with very good sales skills... He helped with lots of things.
Excellent collection on under garment, Value for money. Sales guy name Rohit was very attentive. Good luck thanks
