As a U.S. citizen and a loyal client for many years to Chase and J.P Morgan, I am extremely disappointed and shocked by the behavior of one of your employees "Farhad". While visiting Dubai, I went to thier office on Al Borsa Street to explore thier products and investment opportunities. After struggling to find a parking spot and locate your office, the receptionist called ahead to get approval before allowing me to go up. I was shocked by the employee's rude and dismissive response. He refused to let me visit the office or speak with anyone in person, coldly stating that the branch in Dubai does not deal with individuals, despite me explaining that I hold a premier account with your U.S. branch as well as an investor account. I ended up wasting three hours for nothing, and the lack of professionalism was extremely frustrating.

Thank you to JP Morgan Chase for having the vision to establish a presence here in the Emirates. As a US citizen doing business in Dubai, it’s very convenient.
