Dear Dyson Middle East, I am extremely disappointed with the way Dyson UAE and its authorized service partner (Jumbo Electronics) handled my repair case. Despite multiple emails, a confirmed approval from Dyson UAE via phone, and a visit to the service center with acceptance of my device (Tracking #20983890), my case was suddenly cancelled without explanation. I provided the serial number, agreed to pay in full (AED 850), and followed every instruction. Then I was told the repair would be done as an exception. But after submitting the device, Jumbo reversed the decision and told me they “can’t repair it at all.” I am now preparing a formal consumer complaint to Dubai authorities and plan to visit the Dyson MEA Head Office directly to speak with senior management. I’ve attached screenshots of the email evidence and will update this review based on Dyson’s response. Respectfully, Gafur Khakimov
I always purchased all my electronics in Jumbo. Good service and the staff are well trained to guide you on your purchase. Should visit same, I recommend all tourists or local to enter the shop and have a look.
Strong not recommend JUMBO!! Facing worst support from entire team of Jumbo. Bought product recently went faulty 3 times with same issue. More than i ever used the product its lying in jumbo for long. Even with several follow ups, calls, direct visits no action being taken.
Never use Tamara app in jumbo sharjah city centre for buying any items and converting to installments…better use your credit cards to purchase and converting to monthly emi. With your credit cards you may cost one time processing fee but there should be peace of mind. I am experiencing a issue from 15th of this month only because of using tamara ap to purchase a mobile and to split my total amount and i have paid first installment to tamara but the amount still not credited in Jumbo’s account. Hence my purchased mobile phone is still under hold of Jumbo!!!!
Honestly the worst customer service that I have experienced in my entire life , It’s been long time that I have requested for warranty claim but they dont even pick the phone , no tracking for the request and even technician will not answer you . All I had to do was just wait without any clue . Realy poor service.
