Jumeirah Mina Al Salam

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and overall I really enjoy my time here. The atmosphere is relaxing, the rooms are clean, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. However, during my recent stay, I noticed that one of the staff members—her name was something like “Tainee”—came across as a bit unfriendly. It wasn’t anything major, but it did stand out compared to the otherwise welcoming service I’m used to here. I still recommend this hotel and hope this small issue can be addressed in the future.

I had a great stay — clean rooms, smooth service, and a great location. A suggestion: I’ve seen hotels offer QR-code-based digital guest portals where guests can order food, request services, and discover local deals. It even helped hotels earn extra income by partnering with local vendors. Something like that could be great here too!

The most beautiful hotel that I've stayed in so far in Dubai I have to say the room service and the staff have exceeded my expectations as well as the beautiful Gallery and the boutiques the buffet breakfast absolutely delicious and I want the guy that cooks the eggs who is from Sri Lanka… I have very well done Very friendly staff. Thank you to you all. Greatly appreciate it again. We will come again. … For sure!🌹🌹🌹
