Unprofessional and Bad Service!!!! I went there yesterday 1:10 PM for an oil change and car wash. They started the oil change, and after 5 minutes, they told me it was done. However, no sticker was replaced, and the "Service Engine Soon" light on my dashboard wasn't turned off. When I asked about it, they said they didn’t know. Next, I moved on to the car wash. The cleaning with soap was fine, but when it came to drying and vacuuming, I stepped out of the car so they could clean it properly. After 7 minutes, they finished cleaning but accidentally locked my car. I asked how we could open it, and they called their supervisor. The supervisor suggested they would call a technician to open it, and that I would need to pay for the service. I refused to pay, as it wasn’t my fault. After that, they just left me standing there. I then tried to call Enoc, thinking the service was under them. The supervisor came back and told me they would pay half, and I would pay the other half. I asked him how much that would be, and he said it would be 160, so I would need to pay 80. When the technician arrived and opened my car, I asked how much the actual cost for fixing the lock was. They told me it was only 100. That’s when I realized the supervisor had been lying to me. He told me I needed to pay half of 160, which would be 80, but the real cost of the service was only 100. He was trying to cheat me. If I'm not wrong, the supervisor's name is Faisal, according to the person in charge of the washing team. Waste of time and money!!!
