After moving from Singapore to Dubai , first challenge was to find a good community to buy our house of dreams and the bigger challenge was to find a reliable contractor to extend , renovate our villa from inside and make us a nice outdoor space with pool that we have always desired . After various meetings with different contractors we found KABCO , company run by two brothers Asad and Baqir they were only guys who could explain the process of getting approvals done swiftly from developer and Trakhees department . They did this all for us in a very short period of time where the approvals for other villas in commmunity were stuck from months . They have been responsive , honest and reasonable throughout the process of construction and did our project in the agreed time . Their team was decent . We are lucky we chose them because there are a lot of haunting contractor and client stories. I highly appreciate them and would recommend them for renovations , extensions and swimming pool works .

We engaged Kabco for a swimming pool installation and garden landscaping. They were very professional and helped us from the design stage providing clear 3D renders and then building this out as per the design. They managed the timeline very well and the after support was also very good. They’ve maintained the garden for us really well since handover. Would recommend them for landscaping, pool and pergola installations.

Previously I hired a different company for my villa project in falcon city but they did a very substandard work and ultimately I had to terminate them . Then I called KABCO and they took the responsibility of my swimming pool and landscape . These guys did a marvelous job , every step was taken care . They applied extra layers of waterproofing and best technique of concrete . No compromise on quality . Attention to detail was best . I highly recommend them . Great work Muhammad Asad and Baqu .
