(20/06/2025 at 19:50 in umm suqeim road)Very bad driving, unprofessional driver they hiring the don't know how to drive carefully im on my way in umm suqeim road and make left to exit and I used properly single for change the line. Taxi driver don't allow me to change the line and he uses dippers and horn continuously and after he over tack me and front of my line he stopped the car and run he did 3 times I took his car pic and trying to call customer care but call is going 10 minutes but no-one answer this is the service they provide the customer

I was extremely upset with your driver, KB2239. We took a Kabi taxi from Jumeirah Open Beach to Port Saeed Road, thinking it would be cheaper than Careem since no booking was made. However, the driver took the longer route, resulting in a fare of 88 AED, while I only paid 60 AED with Careem for the trip from Port Saeed to Jumeirah Open Beach. There was no traffic, so it was clear the driver seemed to want to increase his earnings through practices that could ruin your clients' experience. He could not provide a clear explanation for why he took the longer route, and he even said we should have informed him of the route we wanted. As a driver, he should know the best route to take. Additionally, please inform your driver not to talk or use his phone while driving. My family and I were enjoying our conversation during the ride, but our discussion was interrupted because the driver was constantly talking on the phone. In the end, he told us to pay only 60 AED, the same amount I paid with Careem from Port Saeed to Jumeirah Open Beach, but he still charged us 88 AED! Please take action regarding your driver!!!!

I've been mostly using Uber in Dubai but today I took a taxi and was very pleased with the service. The driver was pleasant and professional. He was also efficient and knew the roads well.

My family member used their services and had Worst experience with this taxi service. And the driver had stolen the baggage purposefully. They are also doing shared taxi services to sharjah and cheating the customer with extra charge which is illegal.
