Not understood why they charged for parcel AED 10 from customer. Already paid everything to the purchaser the delivery Charges everything and on top of that courier guy is charging again on the name of VAT + Administration charges
It’s now been 1 month since their “express service” we’re supposed to deliver two mobiles. Still waiting. When I get my package, I’ll consider updating this review. Until then, I’m extremely angry and disappointed with them. I’m a tech reviewer and they’ve caused me to miss deadlines, have to purchase new devices and upset client. If you can’t rely on a delivery company, what’s the point ?

I will send one courier dubai to Iran - still didn’t received yet,I call him more then 4 times in Dubai office, still didn’t get clarification, …..very bad service
