I have always had the best experience at Karas Business Bay branch,where i take all my stray cats.From Angelo and Dess at the reception to Dr.Jenie and Dr.Azi ,Dr.Usama,Linda,Romel,they all work like a well oiled machine and make for an excellent team with geuine compassion and dedication for the stray cats...Mariam,the clinic manager, is a dedicated animal lover,full of kindness and compassion.She has extended herself way beyond her professional duties for the animal welfare cause for rescuers like myself. Great job guy.Thanks for treating me like part of your Karas family !!

As long as Angelo is at reception and Dr. Aziz is doing vet consults for my rescues, I always leave with peace of mind. Dr. Aziz is incredibly passionate about cats and takes the time to do a thorough, thoughtful consult every time. She follows up on all my rescues especially Pingu 😂

I am very happy to have chosen this clinic! We had a sterilization operation for our one-year-old kitten. I can feel the professionalism and quality of the staff. Dr. Jenie is very gentle and professional. The receptionist and nurses are great. The whole process is very smooth and efficient. The kitten was in a very good condition on the first day after returning home. On the second day, he was in a good mood and ate and drank normally. In short, I highly recommend it~
