Kashmir Point Restaurant

Ordered food around 1 PM from just 300 meters away, but it took 1.5 hours to arrive. I even called twice, but they didn’t seem to care about the delay. They deliver only when they feel like it. Worst delivery experience – not recommended at all.

It's has been many times that the manager behavior is very rude. Whenever I order something on phone call he always talk very rudely just like he has no interest to assist customer. For any questions he replied so rude and disrespectful. In hotel and restaurant industry the best ingredient is your well behavior with your customers. But this man looks like he does not care about restaurant image. One time when I tried to order dinner at 10 pm he instantly said that I am ordering very late and this is time for having their dinner. I am surprised. Even many time when we visited there and if he is having his food so he feel very bad to take payment by card. Because he does not want to leave his seat. He could replace someone at his point to assist customer while he is busy to enjoy his meal. There are many things which I can't mention here. But i was his daily customer. But i would never recommend anyone if he is there. Else other staff and food is nice.. I request management please repair him or replace him.... For sake of your restaurant 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first came to Kashmir Point — you hear so many mixed opinions about restaurants these days. But the moment I stepped inside, my doubts disappeared. The place feels authentic, welcoming, and full of life. The food? Absolutely delicious. Freshly prepared, full of rich Pakistani flavors, and portions that make you smile. From the perfectly spiced curries to the soft, warm naan straight from the tandoor, every bite reminded me of genuine home-cooked meals. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It’s the kind of place where you actually feel looked after. Sometimes the best gems are the ones people underestimate — Kashmir Point is one of them. Don’t let any negativity you’ve heard put you off. Go once, try their food, and you’ll understand why I’ll definitely be coming back… with friends!

Very bad experience! Just a few minutes ago, I bought kheer from Kashmir Point. When I reached home and tasted it, it was expired and sour. I called them, but they responded very casually. Selling expired food is unacceptable. Very poor service.

The quality of the food was satisfactory in relation to the prices. It is advisable to try the chicken biryani and BBQ platter as they are both delicious. Additionally, the dining arrangements were also acceptable.
