Worst Clinic Experience – Waste of Money and No Results I’m deeply disappointed with my experience at this clinic. From day one, it felt more like a money-making scheme than a place that genuinely cares about your skin or well-being. At my first consultation, I saw a doctor who told me I needed chemical peels and injections to treat the dark marks on my back. I followed their advice, spent a lot of money on multiple sessions, and bought all the extra creams and soaps they recommended after each visit — but saw no real results. Then at my final session, a completely different doctor saw me. Not only did she seem unsure about what she was doing with the peel (which, by the way, didn’t even cause any peeling at all — complete waste of money), but she also told me something completely different from what I was told at the beginning. She said the real issue needed to be treated internally and prescribed antibiotics and topical products, adding that peels alone wouldn’t solve the problem. Why wasn’t I told this from the start? Why was I pushed into spending so much money on peels and injections that had no effect? There was no proper diagnosis, no consistency in treatment, and absolutely no follow-up or care after the sessions. They just kept recommending more products and services without showing any actual concern for results. It honestly felt like they were taking advantage of my vulnerability and insecurities. Please don’t waste your money here. They sell you false hope, take your money, and leave you with nothing. It’s completely unethical and unprofessional. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a clinic.

Highly recommend Kaya Skin Clinic for anyone considering laser hair removal, and I would strongly suggest requesting Ms. Ramya if you’re looking for someone who’s both professional and compassionate. She’s truly made this journey a positive one for me.

My experience with Kaya Skin Clinic for laser hair removal has been mixed. While there were some aspects of the service that didn’t quite meet my expectations, I have to say that Ramya, the laser technician, truly made a difference. She’s extremely professional,and has a calm, reassuring approach that puts you at ease. She’s definitely the highlight of my experience at the clinic.

It’s such a good clinic! Well-organized, very respectful and supportive staff and especially the nurse that took care of my full journey with the clinic, Nurse Ramya! Loved her! Very lovely, respectful, explains very well the whole process and does way above expectations! Due to her I was very comfortable during any session I had there! The clinic is very nice, I for sure recommend it :)
