I loved the meal plan fully 💕super delicious healthy with full of nutrients 🥦after downloading the app I was fascinated how easy and convenient it is to track ur calories and progress, especially the idea of changing ur meal according to ur preferences 👍 Comparing what I have been eating and how I felt before , I would choose again and again the meal plan the menu is not boring - diverse . I can have a restaurant meals 😇 I was able to lose weight around my waist which I wanted a lot and make my abs visible 💕recommended 💯

This has made my life so much easier. Not having to worry about planning my meals and meeting my daily macros/protein is super helpful especially for someone who doesn't cook and spends the whole day working and working out. Love the fact that you can customize the daily meals to your preference, so I am always choosing my meals to fit my macros. Theres so much choice on the menus to choose from. Literally tried everything on the menu and its all so good! And apart from all of this, it has also helped me lose a bunch of weight and kept my nutrition consistent for my marathon prep/training.
