I recently had KCJ Landscaping Company work on my villa pools, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and quality of work! From start to finish, their team was efficient, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results. Not only did they create a stunning poolside landscape, but their maintenance services have also been excellent. They ensure everything stays in top condition, keeping my pool area looking beautiful year-round. KCJ was recommended by a friend, and I’m so glad I chose them. ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCES WE’VE EVER HAD. This company lacks professionalism and technical maturity. They use extremely low-quality equipment—our pool filter machine was changed and “fixed” over ten times within just one year. Timelines are consistently delayed, and we had to follow up and push for every single step of the process. Despite a significant investment, we were barely able to use our pool. The past two years have been stressful, frustrating, and deeply disappointing. We have now escalated the matter to the relevant authorities, as we gave up hope of a proper resolution. We are sharing this to prevent others from going through the same exhausting experience. Avoid this company.

A very simple landscaping project that was promised to be completed within 6-8 weeks took over 4.5 months. Here are the many reasons why you should not engage KCJ landscaping: -First of all they nearly killed our dog by leaving out white spirit in a plastic bottle in the garden. -Our irrigation system still doesn't work, we are having to to pay somebody else to resolve. -The workmanship is poor. KCJ charged us 10,000 AED for our BBQ and we are knocking it down and having somebody else design and build. -They installed incorrect lighting onto our drive, which wasn't a waterproof connection. We have had to replace all 10 lights with the correct connection/proofing. -Their 12 month warranty means nothing. They don't fix or resolve issues. I must have messaged 100 times and nothing ever gets resolved. -The owner/manager turns up for your 1st meeting on time, seems professional and a great way of making you think thats a sign of what's to come. Professional, smart and on-time. Don't be fooled. We only ever saw him again once, and never received any formal apology for nearly killing our dog. -If you enjoy paying twice. Engage KCJ. Otherwise don't' do it. Absolute disaster.

I hired KCJ Pool Services based on their reasonable quote, and I’m thrilled with the results. The quality of their work is excellent – my pool looks fantastic, and the landscaping around it is both beautiful and functional. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for pool installation and landscaping!
