Amazing hotel, great rooms and close to Dubai Mall. What i found more impressive is the service from the staff. Stayed for 9 days for work, and always felt welcomed each time I walked in. A special call out to Tommy who not only made my check-in seemless (at 2am in the morning) but also had a good humour. To Hanna and Ahmed who waited o me each morning - a special thank you for your attentiveness, politeness and also for entertaining my humour. Definitely will come back

Hotel is outdated and rooms weren’t clean. There’s also an unpleasant smell in the bed sheets and room as soon as I checked in. The towels weren’t changed regularly and they were, they had a smell. The attention to detail in housekeeping wasn’t best. They didn’t change the robe that was clearly used & thrown on the floor. Room wasn’t organized and they only accommodated one person the whole stay even though we’re two (only one pair slipper, one robe… etc) The breakfast was exactly the same everyday and it was horrible. Not many options and not best quality in pastries, cheese, etc… The only positive thing is its closeness to Dubai mall. You can access the mall through an air conditioned tunnel in a few minutes. There’s many better options in Dubai. This is by far the worst stay. I don’t consider this hotel a 5-star hotel.

Her warm attitude and proactive assistance made a real difference and elevated my experience to a whole new level. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her hospitality truly stood out. I hope the hotel recognizes her outstanding service—she’s a true asset to the team. Buddhika was so helpful and sweet.I had an amazing experience at wet area. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly professional and made me feel relaxed right away. I tried the wet and it absolutely heavenly. Everything was clean, beautifully designed, and the service was five-star. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reset!
