Kenya Airways Dubai

Very uncouth attitude from the staff as usual..because why on earth would they demand for the physical passport while always we've been producing our Emirates ID to book flights? It's either they lack proper training or are too full of themselves and zero customer service skills...I'm utterly disappointed. Just close the entire office if you find customers a bother or you don't need to deliver any services.

Dear Kenya Airways Customer Service Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent experience I had with one of your customer service representatives his name Rashid based in Dubai. While inquiring about a two-way ticket from Dubai to Entebbe, I attempted to contact your office, but my call was not received promptly. When I eventually spoke with a representative, I found his attitude unhelpful and dismissive — not reflective of the professional service I expected from a respected airline like Kenya Airways. As someone who genuinely wanted to experience and support Kenya Airways, this interaction was discouraging enough that I chose to book with another international airline instead. I felt that the service lacked cultural understanding, patience, and the warm hospitality many travelers associate with Kenya and East Africa in general FYI: a Kenyan need to be hired instead of Indians in that case service I strongly believe that having more locally knowledgeable and culturally aware staff, particularly in key international offices like Dubai, would significantly improve the customer experience and help uphold the airline’s reputation. I hope my feedback will be taken seriously, and I look forward to seeing improvements in the future. Kenya Airways has great potential, but customer service must reflect that promise.

It's Kenya airways for God sake. Is there no qualified Kenyans you can hire that you have to go for indians?? Go to indigo and see if you're see an African let alone a kenyan. We need to love ourselves.
