Of all the KFC Branches I've been to! I've been dining in here 4 weeks in a row every Sunday only. I just love the glow in Marilyn's face every time I eat here. I always get the staff meal only; which is for 15dhs but the amount of customer service I get from her is beyond that. I love her smile, her greetings and everything I get in KFC despite the amount. Thank you Ms Marilyn of KFC. ♥️ KFC is blessed to have you in their team!

We ordered for Iftar Even that were allot of people but the service was perfect . The machine for visa didn’t work so they help us to finish our order Recommended for families with kids

I think staff meal and the regular meals bought in KFC should have the same amount of courtesy and customer care. I am an employee in Dubai Mall and every time I visited KFC especially the one in food court I felt like, employees like us are not welcomed. A cashier named Jyoti was not even smiling as if she was having a bad day. Trained your staff to be more warm and hospitable. Thanks

The staff are loving food didn’t take long. It took about two minutes. Everyone has smiles on your face. I will definitely come back.

I request to the crew for tissue and ketchup but give only tissue,and they ask to me 1 dirham for 1 each ketchup👎👎👎👎
