Khaadi Dubai Mall

My first visit to khaadi store, Amazing store and staff, they were very helpful happily assisted with almost 20 clothes without any hesitations @SHANAZ was best. They will definitely expect me Visit the store often now. Shopping is just not about clothes but they way salespeople assist and give you a good feeling while buying as it will stay with you forever .

It was great experience to visit Khadi store at Dubai Mall, I was assisted by Mr Ahmed who has made my shopping journey awesome by suggesting me the best outfits for my self and my mother. he went beyond my expectations and his knowledge was unbeatable. I would like to thanks khaadi management for hiring such experienced and professional staff. I would definitely recommend this khadi store to all my family and my friends. I was visiting the store few days back, and it make me feel very warmly welcome. Staff have a positive vibes. I feel so comfortable to do my shopping 🛍️ . Thier manager named Muhammad Ahmad was very polite not only to the customer but his staff too. I extremely happy to visit this store again and again.

I would like to give general review about brand, I am very old customer of khaadi and I personally like it too, but now a days I can see prices have been increased too much just for a shirt 100 or 140 AED it's too much its not silk its cotton and or lawn and not even embroidered, next when I visited Dubai mall branch I saw different collection which was not available online. Next return policy should be changed, home returns and amount return to credit card should be available.

The staff Krishma were incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my wife’s preferences and helped her pick outfits that suited her style and body shape. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy—just genuinely guided.Thanku Krishma.
