Kids Hub Entertainment

I visited Kids Hub Entertainment and Play Area yesterday, and it was a wonderful experience! The play area was so amazing also checked out their toy store, which had a great selection of high-quality toys at reasonable prices. My kids loved both the playtime and picking out a new toy to take home. Recommend for a fun day out 🥰

My kids have fun time here. Good staff take care of kids. If there is much bigger space, it'll be great. I'm a little bit afraid sometimes I find tiny toys. It's dangerous for toddlers.

Not Recommended – Very Disappointed Thank you for taking the time to respond. However, I feel the need to clarify and address several points from your message based on my experience. First, this was not my first time purchasing a pass or visiting Kids Hub. I have been a regular visitor and customer. The main issue here is that your staff never clearly communicated or explained your policies—especially regarding the booking times, the three-hour pass usage, and how waiting time is counted. These important details were never mentioned to me or made visible anywhere during my visits. As a parent, I expect to be informed upfront about such rules so I can plan accordingly and avoid misunderstandings. It is unfair to hold me responsible for “not knowing” policies that you fail to properly communicate. Regarding the timing of my visit, your message mentions that entry is valid between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm, yet my visit was around 4:00 pm, and you kindly accommodated that. However, I was not told that the three-hour pass must be used all at once during one visit, or that waiting outside the play area counts as part of the playtime. Again, this important rule was never explained, and I only found out about it after raising my concerns. Charging customers for “waiting” while holding their child is not standard practice and feels unreasonable. As for the Dance & Movement activity, I must disagree with the statement that many toddlers including crawlers participate. At the time of my visit, the activity was clearly for children over three years old, and no crawling babies were inside. I was simply standing with my son in my arms, patiently waiting for the activity to end before entering the play area so he could play safely. No staff member informed me that I would be charged for standing or waiting. It was disappointing to feel rushed or pressured to leave without a clear explanation. Its really good to be here at the venue. You will see a refreshing view and kids also enjoying the play area and for the free party for the members.

Great place for toddlers and little kids. My toddler loves it here and they sell coffee and nibbles to eat for parents.The staff is really caring with the kids too. They also offer babysitting services (you need to ask by phone first, on the day) so they take care of your toddler if needed.
