I bought kenzo brand kids shoes from your dubai store. I only used them for a month. The threads were ripped, the adhesives were worn. The edges look very bad. How did such a brand become like this in 1 month. When I returned from my country for summer vacation, I brought it to your store immediately. but the store manager did not help, he said that he would not change with a disinterested attitude. I explained the importance of the situation. sent an email but they did not accept it. invoice, box, bag, shoes, everything is available. I will complain to all necessary places. Did I get this much money to use the shoes for 1 month? please help meEDITTTTTT: they contacted me and my grievance was resolved.
